Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Fees
Some orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; FLY9 has no control over these charges.

Of course, we hope, that you are more than happy with your purchase from us, however, if for any reason you would like to return an item please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order & let us know your order no. and which product(s) you wish to return.

You will need to arrange & pay to return the item(s) and we recommend that you use a recorded service & please obtain ‘proof of postage’ as we can not be held responsible for any returned item(s) being lost or damaged in transit. If an item is fragile please, also, ensure it’s well protected & securely packaged.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method used, when placing the order and processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods, provided the item(s) are in the original packaging, undamaged, with any labels still attached, don't show any signs of use or wear (if applicable) & are in a resalable condition. We cannot be held responsible for any credit card interest accrued during this process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and not from the list of exempted items (see below). Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note the following exceptions for returns:
There are some exceptions as certain types of items are non-returnable; such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalised items), one-off, limited edition or bespoke art pieces (where this is stated), sale/discounted items and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
